On Sunday, 9 May, we met below The Gate of Infinity to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the sculpture’s installation, and in the same spirit we also remembered the victims of the Terezín family camp. The event was attended by a heartening number of visitors, friends, and supporters of the Memorial of Silence. The sun favored our gathering, which was accompanied by Václav Hudeček’s virtuoso violin performance, the poetry of Jaroslav Seifert as read by Bára Hrzánová, and Jaroslav Kořán on drums, as befits Bubny Station.
